Booking Policy for Le Vow Bridal

Thank you for choosing Le Vow Bridal. Please take a moment to review our booking policy below:

1. Appointment Confirmation:

To secure your appointment, a $20.00 deposit hold will be placed on your credit card. This ensures the availability of our services exclusively for you during the scheduled time.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellation Outside 3 Days:

- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 3 days' notice, no charges will be applied, and your deposit hold will be released.

b. Cancellation Within 3 Days:

- For cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled appointment, the deposit hold on your credit card will be retained by Le Vow Bridal.

4. Attendance and Deposit Refund:

If you attend your appointment, the deposit hold will be returned to your credit card after the consultation.

5. Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 3 days in advance to avoid any charges.
