Booking Policy for Le Vow Bridal

We appreciate your understanding that appointments are catered to brides who are currently searching to buy or rent wedding dress.

Please call us if you’d like to make an appointment to view accessories or bridesmaids dresses.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Customers are kindly requested to notify us at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible by texting to +61 432153230 if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and serve other clients effectively.

2. Lateness Policy:

- Please be advised that arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice (by phone call) will result in the automatic cancellation of the appointment. We prioritise punctuality to maintain the quality and efficiency of our services.

- Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment as we have limited space in our showroom to accomodate multiple groups.

3. Guests Policy:

Customers are permitted to bring up to 5 guests to their appointment.

We recommend inviting individuals whose presence is essential for the bride’s decision-making during the appointment.

4. Children Policy:

Please be aware that under the age of 7 are not allowed to attend appointments.

All children must be under strict adult supervision at all times.
