We have limited styles available in sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14. Please refer to our website for size details on your favourite dress and secure it before it’s gone.***

Appointment bookings are $20.00

Should you cancel 48 hours in advance, the fee will be refunded back to your bank card. Failure to cancel the appointment before this period will not be refunded.

Customers are kindly requested to cancel their appointment (via the email confirmation) at least 48 hours in advance or by texting to +61 432153230 if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and serve another bride-to-be.

Please be advised that arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior notice (by phone call) will result in the automatic cancellation of the appointment. We prioritise punctuality to maintain the quality and efficiency of our services.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment as we have limited space in our showroom to accommodate multiple groups.

Customers are permitted to bring up to 5 guests to their appointment.

We recommend inviting individuals whose presence is essential for the bride’s decision-making during the appointment.

Please be aware that under the age of 7 are not allowed to attend appointments.
All children must be under strict adult supervision at all times.
